FieldFLEX Kiosk

ff-kioskFieldFLEX Kiosks located throughout your facilities outside meeting rooms or in office building and reception lobbies can be used by staff or visitors to locate personnel, locate space, check-in for a meeting or workspace reservation. Users can also check current meeting room availability and make reservations on the spot.

Kiosks can be configured using touch-enabled monitors or enclosed tablets. FieldFLEX Kiosk supports NFC enabled hardware using the Scan-to-ClaimTM feature of the software, so users can tap their NFC-enabled ID cards or their NFC-enabled smartphones to check-in or claim reservable space.
